REFUND POLICY: If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before processing of your document begins by GIIBIC you can do so without any penalties or charges by calling our service line (0542014094), send us WhatsApp (0595857393) or by sending email to info@giibic.com. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service and for return shipping (if prepaid). However, if you decide to cancel after your passport and supporting documents were received by GIIBIC, and processing began, or you have gone to biometric enrolment, no refund will be given and the service will be completed. No service fees, embassy fees, sponsorship fee, invitation fee, documentation charges, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded after the documents have been received and the application process has begun.
GIIBIC cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 6 months old. In such cases GIIBIC may apply for another visa for applicant. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through GIIBIC agents or applications submitted to Consulates directly.
PROCESSING TIME: Processing time for visas and passports quoted by GIIBIC are approximate and based on processing times provided by Consulates under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when payment and documents and delivered to GIIBIC. Consulates and/or embassies may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. GIIBIC will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, sponsorship fee, invitation fee, insurance fee, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
FEES AND PAYMENTS: You agree that your account will be billed immediately after you make payment and send payment receipt. You agree to pay all fees and charges pertaining to your visa for any services offered by any other service provider through GIIBIC. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, sponsorship fee, invitation fee, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING: GIIBIC uses VIP Parcel, and DHL courier for all its courier needs unless instructed otherwise. GIIBIC uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by VIP PARCEL AND DHL or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. GIIBIC is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client’s possession or in transit. GIIBIC strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. GIIBIC is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. GIIBIC cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION: GIIBIC does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, GIIBIC does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, compete, accurate, and error free. Consulates often change its requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. In any event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate, you agree to hold GIIBIC harmless. You will not hold GIIBIC responsible for any and all inaccuracies or mistakes in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, and other information provided on the GIIBIC website.

Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Consular officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa, or passport without disclosing the reason for denial. INDEMNIFICATION. You shall indemnify, hold and save harmless, and defend at your own expense of GIIBIC, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against all suits, claims, demands and liability of any nature or kind, including costs and expenses arising out of acts of violation of these Terms & Conditions by you, your employees, agents, sub-contractors, or anyone using your computer. This requirement shall extend to claims or liabilities of any third parties arising out of the use of any patented or copyrighted information or for any other reason.
